I bought a ticket and have a question or problem.

You know the sort of thing… “Help! Where are those tickets?” or “I can’t make it, can I cancel?” or “My #!?%% ** printer doesn't work” or “Aieee, I ordered the wrong tickets by mistake..” There are plenty more situations...


I am an organiser and I have a technical problem / I do not understand something...

First check our extensive Help Centre, which is accessible via the question mark symbol and the Help! button in your Stager backstage. Can’t read Dutch, can't find the answer, or are there technical problems where you get an error message? Maybe you have a bug. Maybe you have a tip to help us; in all cases let us know.
